Dear Diary,
Alhamdulillah, all praises to Allah and Allah alone, for the holy month of Ramadhan is here again. It is the month of barakah, and we should grab the opportunity to doubled our ibadah.

Not only that, Ramadhan is also a good month for dieters like us :grin:

Last year, I managed to lose 3 kgs during the fasting month, but unfortunately for me though, I gained back the kilos in just 7 days of celebrating Eid. Sad, isn't it? I believe A WHOLE LOT of us have been there, done that :-p

Hopefully ya, gang of dieters, this year we will be even more determined to lose more weight during the fasting month, and MAINTAIN our going-to-be-slimmer figure.

I'm off for Subuh prayer now. Insya Allah, when I have the time, I'll share the tips for Sahur and breaking fast during the fasting month.

i gained 7 kilos while consuming HL. anyway, puasa ni tengok timbang tu statik je, sabar...

aini, did you follow the meal plan betul-betul? if yes, you should be shedding off kilos

ke ada snacking etc?

i don't want to say i am a HL die hard fan or what.. tapi berat aku naik masa makan HL sebab aku dok snacking. lepas dah trim down snacking dan makan sikit-sikit, baru berat turun

I'm not using anything at the moment, just trying to cut down on my food intake during berbuka and bersahur - concentrate on the necessary nutrients only.

and after 4 days of fasting, no rice so far. please pray for my strong will hehe

Takpe. Slow slow. Rome is not built in a day. I have my downs as well. Along the way, sebenarnya aku pon selalu naik badan, tapi I keep telling myself, takpe sabar sabar. mungkin minggu depan turun la tu. I believe positive words ada efeknya juga, tau! :-)

Snacking boleh, tapi yang sihat2 saja tau! Katakan tidak pada snack yang tidak sihat. Makan epal bagus, sebab its only 50 calories, and ada sesuatu tentang epal yang bantu kita kuruskan badan! An apple a day sheds kilos away :-D

NO, I DON"T SNACK! aku makan sikit sebelum HL, tapi lepas HL, it's like i consume my breakfast & dinner regularly, which caused me to shoot up

i know that some of you are HL's loyslist, as much as i wanted to say that i'm - i'm not, since HL made me gained 7 kilos. anyway aida, you take 3 meals a day, i only took 2 meals per day, as what isaid HL made me shhot up since i took 3 meals.

sorry to interupt. been a silent reader all this while.

untuk ummu aini, saya nak share sikit. memang ada orang yang tak ngam dengan herbalife. i've been selling herbalife since 2005 dan memang ada segelintir case yang bila amik HL, the weight shoot up like nobody business. no scientific explanation so far sebab by logic if only you cut your calorie intake you WILL lose weight. but it seemed that ada jugak yang tidak.

my friend sorang, masa consume HL, berat dia static, then start naik dan naik dan naik. bila dia stop, lagi teruk naik dan naik dan naik.

so if you think you have followed the diet religously and yet no progress, maybe you fall under this category.

but most people akan lose weight in general.

just to share some insight. sorry kalau tak sesuai. tak berniat nak kondem mana2 pihak.
