Dear Diary,
1 March, 72.3 kg. Alhamdulillah. I hope consistency in exercising and dieting will help me to reach my target of 70 kg by 31 March 2011.
Today, I ditch my morning routine for OPS SAWANG. 2-in-1 effect, shake shake my butt, my home shines like stars too. Teehee.
Tomorrow, I'll do the toilets. Scrub scrub and shake shake :-p

Tini.. u REALLY, I mean.. REALLY, REALLY.. shake, shake butt ah while doing ops sawang? Me ah, u know the serious type while doing all my 'keje opis' ituwwwww. Cam ader sign kat atas blkg - 'Don't u ever dare disturb me!'. Well, I'll shake2 butt ah today while doing all those ops sawang, ops scrub jamban..hukhuk.

aik, takkanlah tak shake shake masa dok tenyeh2 lantai jamban tu? hehe... OPS sawang confirmlah kan shake shake butt sebab sawang tu kat atas siling, nak mencapainya & nyahkan drpd siling kena shake shake butt gitu kih3x.
