Yes diary, today my stats say that I am 2-year metabolic age younger. That's why I'm teehee-ing. How can I not be? I'm getting younger, people. Weehee. Woohoo!!
My full statistics as follows:
Weight = 77.0 kg
Body Fat Range = 39.0% (Obese)
Body Water Range = 44.6%
Muscle Mass = 44.0 kg
Physique Ratings = 3 (Solidly Built)
BMR = 1472
Basal Metabolic Age = 52 years
Bone Mass = 2.9
Visceral Fat = 8 (Healthy)
In total, my progress after 1 1/2 month as follows:
Lose weight = 3.3 kg
Lose Body Fat = 4.3%
Increase Body Water = 3.1%
Increase Muscle Mass = 1.2 kg
Lose Metabolic Age = 2 years
Increase Bone Mass = 0.1
Lose Visceral Fat = 1
Hopefully, by the end of May 2008, I'll be able to weigh 75 kg. I'm going to make that happen.

bagus blog ni..bile ko tunjuk stats ko tu..bagi motivation gak utk org2 yg nak kurus dan sihat..aku pun distributor gak..tapi utk consume sendiri..sebabnya aku malas nak recruit org..dan tak berapa reti nak bagi advise & coach org macam yg ko buat ni..digital scale pun aku takde..heheh
so far aku dah 2 thn dengan HL..turun 7kg..tu pun sebab aku amik HL utk breakfast jer..tapi HL ni mmg bagus la..utk kesihatan badan kan..ntah bile la aku nk start minum 2 kali ni..
anyway..insyaAllah nxt month aku akan bertukar ke menara(skang ofis kelana jaya)..harap2 ko sudi la nk kawan ngan aku..bley citer2 pasal HL ni..:)

alaaa ko bajet aaaa dua minggu sekali naik penimbang :-)
weh, naik semalam. berat badan naik lagi! uwa! tapi body fat turun 0.1%, and muscle mass naik. my age = 35 :). oklah tu baru seminggu :P
oooohh.... naik berat badan sebab muscle la tu. dun worry, muscle bertambah is good. long term-nya lebih cepat kuruskan badan sebab muscle burns more calorie than fat :-)
kalau muscle berkurang, itu tandanya salah diet :-)
